Clean and comfortable with friendly front desk staff. Perfect for families with spacious rooms and dog-friendly policies. Conveniently close to the downtown and Christmas market with a cute coffee machine and water in the lobby. The parking garage is a plus, although availability can be limited. Worth the stay!

The 'Do Not Disturb' sign was clearly ignored, with staff bursting in at the crack of dawn. Very nice, right? I woudl ve been floored to find that the gym had no weights! An upgrade for my inconvenience? That woudl ve been nice, but alas, I almost gave a good review-just couldn't.

Now, if only the mattresses weren't like sleeping on a hardwood floor! The glass bathroom door design felt a tad awkward for a solo traveler.

The location is ideal for accessing the city center and enjoying a good breakfast with a diverse selection. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with Sky Sports, which enhanced my experience.

The restaurant service was painfully slow, with long waits for meals that detracted from the experience. Another letdown was the parking situation. Despite pre-arranging parking and being told it was unavailable, there were spots when we arrived, leading me to feel misled.

The location of leonardo hotel is perfect, just a 6 min walk to the train station and right across from the city center. Breakfast was delicious, especially with the extended hours on weekends! The hotel is super clean, and the staff were helpful when our luggage was lost.

the air conditioning was a bit noisy 😕 but the bed was perfect with soft pillows, the reception was friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is close to the main train station. really enjoyed my stay!
